About The Position
Seldin Company is hiring a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician for Aster Place Apartments, a 58-unit tax credit property in Parachute, Colorado. The role pays up to $26.00 per hour, with compensation determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The technician diagnoses and performs major, minor, and routine maintenance and repairs while providing exceptional customer service to residents. The position requires availability for a 24/7 on-call maintenance schedule and tolerance for extreme hot and cold weather. Requirements
- Maintenance experience.
- Three to four years of related experience or training.
- Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Ability to work independently.
- EPA or HVAC certification is required.
- Tolerance to extremes of hot and cold weather.
- Availability for a 24/7 on-call maintenance schedule.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to hiring.
