About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations at an apartment community. This role supervises the maintenance team, completes and delegates work orders, ensures preventative maintenance, and helps keep the property safe, clean, and well-maintained. The position pays $26.00–$28.00 per hour and offers medical, dental, PTO, bonuses, and a 401(k).

Requirements

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience; multifamily experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train maintenance staff.
• Complete and assign work orders and unit turns.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor work.
• Ensure community grounds and amenities are in excellent condition.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies.
