About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process. This role requires a background investigation that includes a criminal check, and a drug screen (we do not check for THC).

Requirements

• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification required
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
