About The Position

Maintenance Supervisor | Parkersburg, WV | Full-Time | On-Site Multifamily Housing | Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour At Monarch, it’s all about people. Our residents depend on us to be observant and quick to respond to their needs. We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Lakeview Estates in Parkersburg, WV. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification required
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• 40 hours per week
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
• This role requires a background investigation that includes a criminal check, and a drug screen (we do not check for THC).

Responsibilities

• Getting apartments ready in between residents
• On-site maintenance calls
• Preventative maintenance
