Responsibilities
- Conduct creative business-to-business marketing in the local community to promote awareness.
- Greet and tour prospective residents and use closing techniques to secure leases.
- Market the community and communicate with residents using social media.
- Survey and report on local market conditions to help maintain a competitive advantage.
- Track and manage leads and follow up with prospective residents.
- Participate in physical inspections and property awareness efforts to support quality assurance.
- Meet monthly sales goals.
