About The Position
The Leasing Professional at Prose Hayden Island works as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and support leasing activities at a 284-unit residential community on Hayden Island. The role involves showing apartments in person and virtually, supporting customers through move-in, marketing available units, assisting with lease renewals, and responding to resident concerns. The position offers an hourly range of $20.00–$23.00, plus potential bonus incentives and a benefits package. Onsite housing discounts may be available, subject to discount and unit availability.
Requirements
- A positive, can-do attitude is required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
- High level of professionalism in manner and dress.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales and customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi or One Site.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
- Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual and in-person tours.
- Ensure a positive move-in experience for customers.
- Research comparable properties for marketing and advertising purposes.
- Plan and execute community events.
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
- Use social media and internet platforms to market available units.
- Assist with lease renewals.
- Respond to resident concerns.
