About The Position

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Leasing Operations Specialist to join the team in the Commercial Loan Center. The role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining lease information in the LeasePak system from inception through termination, reviewing and reconciling bank and general ledger accounts, and processing lease payment transactions and maintenance requests.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, although hours may vary. The hourly salary range is $18.00 to $23.25, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• At least 1 year of experience in leasing operations, accounting, or a related field.
• Ability to follow procedures thoroughly.
• Ability to handle confidential matters judiciously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of employees.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• Ability to type and enter information accurately with minimal errors.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, a business-related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
