About The Position

West Line Flats Apartments in Lakewood, Colorado, is hiring a full-time Leasing Manager. The role provides current residents with a high level of service and educates prospective residents about the property and its leasing options. The Leasing Manager oversees leasing consultant responsibilities and manages social networking and advertising, along with other duties assigned by the Supervisor. Inland Residential Real Estate Services, Inc. is a full-service professional property management firm specializing in multifamily housing properties nationwide. The company emphasizes building relationships and manages communities with a variety of styles, updated appliances and finishes, and resort-style clubhouses with community rooms, pools, and gathering areas.

Requirements

Professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to understand apartment rental and collection practices.
Reliable transportation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to prioritizing tenants and prospective tenants.
Physically able to lift 25 lbs., climb stairs, walk between buildings, stoop, kneel, and bend.
Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Rent vacant apartments.
Show apartments to prospective residents.
Prepare lease packages.
Renew leases.
Collect rent.
Answer questions from residents and prospective residents.
Complete service requests.
Provide a high level of service to current residents and explain the property's benefits and leasing options to prospective residents.
Oversee leasing consultant responsibilities.
Manage social networking and advertising.
Perform other responsibilities as outlined by the Supervisor.
