About The Position

West Line Flats Apartments in Lakewood, Colorado, is hiring a full-time Leasing Manager. The role focuses on providing current residents with a high level of service and educating prospective residents about the property and its leasing options. The manager oversees leasing consultant responsibilities and manages social networking, advertising, and other duties assigned by the Supervisor. Some travel may be required.

Requirements

• Professional, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to understand apartment rental and rent collection practices.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a commitment to prioritizing tenants and prospective tenants.
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds, climb stairs, walk between buildings, stoop, kneel, and bend; hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Rent vacant apartments and show apartments to prospective residents.
• Prepare lease packages and renew leases.
• Collect rent, answer questions, and complete service requests.
• Oversee leasing consultant responsibilities.
• Manage social networking and advertising.
• Perform other responsibilities as outlined by the Supervisor.
