About The Position

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Matlock Flats, a 192-unit apartment community in Arlington, Texas. The Assistant Manager supports the Community Manager with the property’s daily operations, helping maintain occupancy and meet financial goals while building positive relationships with residents and the surrounding community. The role may include scheduled on-call duties and occasional evening or weekend work.

Requirements

• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of previous property management experience.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or market-rate experience.
• Yardi software experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
