Palms Associates is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Longhill Pointe Apartments & Townhomes in Fayetteville, North Carolina, a 234-unit community. Palms builds, owns, and manages its communities, offering consistent leadership and long-term stability. The Leasing Consultant welcomes prospective residents, conducts property tours, and guides prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in. The role also builds resident relationships, supports marketing and resident engagement, manages leasing administration and follow-up, and helps ensure apartments are ready for move-in and resident needs are addressed promptly. Some rotating weekend availability is required, excluding Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging property tours.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Build strong resident relationships and foster a service-focused community.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident engagement efforts.
• Manage applications, lease preparation, availability updates, and follow-up communication.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident needs are addressed promptly.
