About The Position

RAM Partners, LLC, is a full-service real estate management company that manages more than 80,000 apartments across the United States and specializes in multifamily community management for third-party owners. Aviara East Pompano is seeking a Leasing Consultant to use customer service skills to connect with prospective residents, identify their wants and needs, and secure lease agreements. The position pays $20 per hour. The role also supports current residents, completes office administrative tasks, builds relationships to help retain and gain residents, and coordinates resident activities. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
Valid driver’s license required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Prior leasing experience preferred.
College degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Generate interest in the community by describing its unique features and benefits and distinguishing it from competitors.
Communicate effectively with prospective residents throughout the process of making the community their home.
Serve as a resource for residents to express problems and assist with finding resolutions.
Build lasting relationships to retain and gain residents.
Perform required office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
Coordinate fun activities for residents.
