About The Position

The Leasing Consultant provides information and onsite tours of the community to prospective residents with the intent to lease apartments. The role also provides customer service to existing residents and contributes to a positive experience at the property. The position is located at Lakeview in Reno, Nevada.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Basic math skills.
• Competence using personal computers and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

Responsibilities

• Participate in leasing and marketing activities to help maximize community occupancy.
• Tour the community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospective residents.
• Maintain current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications, including entering service requests into Yardi and communicating requests to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner while complying with Fair Housing regulations.
