About The Position

The Leasing Consultant, referred to in the posting as an Experience Team Member (ETM), supports The Scion Group’s student-living communities by combining marketing, relationship building, administration, and customer service. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and building strong community partnerships in a fast-paced, agile, collegiate environment. It requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. The position is based at the assigned property and includes daytime business hours as well as an after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Prioritize customer interactions and communications, and provide community and amenity tours.
Share feedback with management about sales barriers and customer objections.
Carry out sales and engagement initiatives as directed by management.
Recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging.
Assist with social media and communication across platforms to engage customers.
Help plan, promote, and deliver customer experience and engagement initiatives and other marketing opportunities.
Represent the community positively and professionally in and out of the office.
Maintain knowledge of the community, market, and applicable policies.
Log, file, and retrieve customer packages.
Assist with housekeeping and upkeep when opening, closing, and maintaining the office, clubhouse, grounds, and amenities.
Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to support timely resolution.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
Assist with after-hours lockout duties as required.
