About The Position
Bozzuto is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Consultant, also referred to as a Sales & Marketing Associate, to help prospective residents find a home and deliver a consistently positive resident experience. The role centers on connecting with prospects, sharing useful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood, and conducting personalized apartment community tours that lead to new leases. The Leasing Consultant also supports community awareness and engagement through social media. The position requires working three weekends per month, with two days off during the week. It is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Follow up with prospects and provide helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
- Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring the resident experience is consistently stellar.
- Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
- Work three weekends per month, with two days off during the week.
