The Part-Time Sales & Marketing Associate (Leasing Consultant) helps prospective residents find a home by following up with leads, sharing useful information about the community and neighborhood, and conducting personalized apartment community tours that lead to leases. The role also supports a consistently excellent resident experience and builds awareness and interest through social media. The position includes weekend work: three weekends per month, with two weekdays off. It is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects and provide helpful, compelling information about the community and neighborhood to convert leads into community tours.
• Conduct informative, personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar.
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement through social media.
• Work three weekends per month, with two days off during the week.
