About The Position

GCI Residential is hiring a part-time Leasing Consultant at Cypress Grand in Tampa, Florida. The position focuses on achieving leasing goals, building professional relationships with prospective and current residents, and providing excellent customer service and resident satisfaction. The Leasing Consultant guides prospective residents through the apartment selection and leasing process and helps them find an apartment home that meets their needs. The role includes managing the sales process, responding to prospect inquiries, presenting community features, supporting outreach marketing and resident events, and preparing lease agreements and maintaining records with online tools and systems. Requirements

Previous sales experience.
Strong customer focus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
Problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
Ability to work weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual ability, with Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the sales process from start to finish, identify prospective residents’ needs, and address them to close the sale.
Explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other community offerings during prospect tours.
Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from prospects and leads.
Assist with outreach marketing and planning resident events and functions.
Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using online tools and systems.
