About The Position

The Leasing Consultant, referred to in the posting as an Experience Team Member (ETM), supports The Scion Group’s student-living communities by delivering a strong customer experience and building community partnerships. The role combines marketing, relationship building, administration, and customer service in a fast-paced collegiate environment. The position is based at the assigned property and includes daytime business hours and an after-hours on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Prioritize interactions and communication with customers.
Provide community and amenity tours.
Provide feedback to the management team about sales barriers and customer objections.
Carry out sales and engagement initiatives outlined by management.
Recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging.
Assist with social media and communications across platforms to engage customers.
Assist with planning, promoting, and executing customer experience initiatives, engagement initiatives, and other marketing opportunities.
Represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office.
Maintain general knowledge of the community, market, and policies.
Log, file, and retrieve customer packages.
Assist with housekeeping related to opening, closing, and maintaining the office, clubhouse, grounds, and amenities.
Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to support timely resolution.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
Assist with after-hours lockout duties as required.
