About The Position

Grubb Properties is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to work onsite at Lumeo at Tryon Park in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role is suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer service. The company offers hands-on training and coaching for candidates building a property-management career as well as those with prior experience. The Leasing Consultant serves as a point of contact for prospective residents and current residents while supporting leasing, administrative, marketing, and community engagement activities. The position involves working in office and residential buildings, moving throughout the property, and regular weekend availability. Some off-site travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents warmly and professionally.
Answer incoming calls and promptly follow up on leads.
Conduct community tours and highlight key features.
Close sales and secure leases.
Prepare and process guest cards, applications, leases, renewals, terminations, and move-out paperwork.
Assist residents throughout their relationship with the community.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Assist with planning and executing resident events.
Contribute to social media posts and local outreach.
Help maintain the property's online presence.
