About The Position
Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant at Auric at Symphony Park in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role works at a residential community and represents Mark-Taylor by delivering exceptional service to current and prospective residents. The anticipated base pay is $20.00–$21.00 per hour, with additional bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics. Benefits listed are offered to full-time employees. Requirements
- At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of written and verbal English.
Nice To Haves
- Associate and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience throughout their interactions with Mark-Taylor.
- Conduct detailed and informative tours for prospective residents.
- Guide prospective residents through the complete application process and follow up with future residents about their application status.
- Create positive experiences for current and future residents through email, telephone, in-person interactions, and other communication channels.
- Maintain resident files, accept rental payments, and actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
- Take ownership and pride in the property, maintaining brand standards for curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and community culture.
