About The Position

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant at Auric at Symphony Park in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Leasing Consultant represents Mark-Taylor at the community and provides exceptional service to prospective and current residents. The role involves showing apartments, supporting prospective residents through the application process, communicating with residents, and helping maintain the community’s brand standards and resident experience. The anticipated base pay range is $20.00–$21.00 per hour. The position is also eligible for bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics. Employees undergo pre-employment screening, including drug testing. Housing discounts are subject to availability at each community. Benefits listed in the posting are offered to full-time employees.

Requirements

At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
Ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time-management and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience throughout their interactions with the community.
Conduct detailed, informative tours for prospective residents.
Guide prospective residents through the complete application process and follow up with future residents about their application status.
Create positive experiences for future and current residents through email, telephone, in-person interactions, and other communication channels.
Maintain resident files, accept rental payments, and actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
Contribute to a high-quality community experience for residents and fellow employees.
Take ownership and pride in the property, maintaining Mark-Taylor’s standards for curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and overall culture.
