Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner.
• Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Maintain thorough, current rental files and enter rental data accurately into the computer.
• Prepare leases and oversee their signing by new residents.
• Assist with monthly administrative tasks and ensure property paperwork is organized and complete.
• Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and support timely rent payment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and use professional sales and marketing techniques to maintain high occupancy.
