About The Position

Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support prospective residents, leasing efforts, and current residents. The role involves marketing and leasing apartments, handling resident relations, and providing a smooth, welcoming experience for tenants. The consultant may work at other company properties as needed and perform additional leasing and administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Market, show, and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Build rapport with prospective residents and assess their budget, preferences, and needs.
• Maintain current inventories of available apartments and track renewal information.
• Verify rental applications for accuracy and compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
• Provide customer service to residents and assist with inquiries and concerns.
• Support move-in and move-out processes, ensuring apartments are clean and ready for occupancy.
• Prepare move-in and welcome packages for new residents.
• Process maintenance service requests and follow up as needed.
• Represent the company professionally and in a friendly manner.
• Work at other company properties as needed.
• Perform additional leasing and administrative duties as assigned.
