About The Position

The Leasing Consultant, also referred to as an Experience Team Member (ETM), supports The Scion Group’s student-living communities by combining marketing, relationship building, administration, and customer service. The role contributes to exceptional customer experiences and strong community partnerships in a fast-paced, agile, collegiate environment, and calls for strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. The position is based at the assigned property. Work includes daytime business hours and an after-hours on-call rotation. The role requires availability during summer, holidays, and Turn periods. The employer is unable to sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

Prioritize interactions and communication with customers.
Provide community and amenity tours.
Share feedback with management about sales barriers and customer objections.
Carry out sales and engagement initiatives outlined by management.
Recommend local marketing opportunities and messaging.
Assist with social media and communication across platforms to engage customers.
Help plan, promote, and execute customer experience and engagement initiatives, as well as other marketing opportunities.
Represent the community positively and professionally, both in and out of the office.
Maintain knowledge of the community, market, and policies.
Log, file, and retrieve customer packages.
Assist with opening, closing, and maintaining the office, clubhouse, grounds, and amenities, including general housekeeping.
Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests to support timely resolution.
Maintain office organization and cleanliness.
Assist with after-hours lockout duties as required.
