About The Position

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for Jefferson House/Falls Court in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $19 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with availability for Saturdays and occasional evenings. The role involves greeting prospects, conducting property tours, assisting with applications, managing communication, maintaining marketing materials, coordinating with maintenance, supporting resident retention, and assisting property managers with daily operations. The ideal candidate is positive, professional, customer-service driven, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, can multitask, is comfortable with PC use and new software (Entrata is a plus), and has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options
• Assist with applications and collect required documentation
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins; log traffic and prepare reports
• Maintain marketing materials and participate in outreach efforts
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready for move-in
• Support community events and resident retention initiatives
• Assist property managers with daily operations and admin tasks
• Maintain accurate resident files and insurance documentation
