About The Position

The Leasing Consultant initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment community leasing, with a focus on positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. The role handles daily residency inquiries, property tours, and networking and engagement with prospective residents. A strong candidate understands the apartment application process and strives to exceed leasing goals and objectives.
