About The Position
The Leasing Consultant is the face of the Marysville Flats community, connecting with prospective residents, showcasing properties, and guiding prospects through the leasing process. The role also provides customer service to current residents, supports leasing goals through sales, and collaborates with the team to contribute to the community’s growth. Previous leasing or sales experience is described as a plus in the posting, which also separately states that one year of leasing experience is required. Weekend hours are mandatory.
Requirements
