About The Position
The Leasing Consultant is the face of the Cabot Cove community, connecting with prospective residents, showcasing properties, and guiding prospects through the leasing process. The role also supports current residents by providing customer service, works toward leasing and sales goals, and collaborates with the community team. Weekend hours are mandatory. One year of leasing experience is required.
Requirements
- One year of leasing experience.
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable working with people.
- Sales skills, including closing deals and building relationships.
- Problem-solving ability and a can-do attitude.
- Comfort using leasing software and digital marketing tools.
