About The Position

Olen Living is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for its Sanctuary Cove multifamily apartment community in West Palm Beach, Florida. Under the direction of the Property Manager, this role handles leasing vacant apartments to support high occupancy and assists with customer service and retention for current residents. The position suits an organized, motivated self-starter who can prioritize multiple tasks and enjoys working with people in an energetic atmosphere. The role is full-time, in office, and pays $45,000–$50,000, including hourly pay and bonuses.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least two years of residential leasing experience.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
Working knowledge of Office 365, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Good customer service and communication skills, and sales ability.
Team-player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
Able to work weekends.
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

Experience with property management software; willingness and capability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, the property, and its amenities.
Use resident, prospect, and revenue management software for leasing activity, including inquiries, appointments, prospect follow-up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
Maintain the closing ratio based on community needs.
Process rental applications promptly for review and final approval by the Property Manager.
Follow through on and take accountability for the overall move-in program.
Assist with initiating and closing out service requests.
Conduct market surveys of comparable properties.
Assist with the outreach marketing program.
Help plan, schedule, organize, and participate in resident functions.
Assist with customer service and retention of current residents.
