Apartment Leasing Sales Consultant - North Glen MacArthur
About The Position
AIR Communities is hiring a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at its North Glen MacArthur apartment community in Irving, Texas. The role is focused on sales and customer service: helping current and prospective residents find a home, delivering a strong resident experience, and achieving leasing goals. Compensation includes a base rate of $20.00 per hour plus competitive commissions, with commission opportunities that can increase based on unit features, exceeding monthly goals, and lease term. The position may provide opportunities to support other communities in the AIR portfolio as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in setting and achieving goals and following a sales process.
- Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work during office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Responsibilities
- Follow AIR's sales process, including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours, and communicating the value of the community.
- Consistently meet or surpass monthly leasing goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Provide leasing support to other communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
- Contribute to community marketing efforts.
- Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
