Leasing Consultant
About The Position
Northland is looking for a motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Acacia Gardens, a 496-unit community in Albuquerque, NM. The Leasing Consultant represents Northland by delivering a top-tier customer experience to residents and prospects. This role involves apartment leasing, touring prospective residents, current resident retention and satisfaction, and community-focused marketing. Daily tasks include managing inbound and outbound calls, balancing walk-ins and scheduled appointments, and supporting the onsite team. The leasing team maintains the highest level of professionalism and customer service. As part of the commitment to a top-tier resident experience, leasing team members will assist on weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with employees, residents, and vendors.
- Working weekend shifts may be required for this role.
- Travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, or to attend training classes.
- May be required to operate a golf cart to travel around the property.
