About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant, you will use customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease apartment homes to interested customers and support the company’s mission. You will work toward leasing goals, build rapport with customers and residents, and demonstrate the company’s core values, including making safety a priority. The role combines office and field work within residential apartment communities and requires frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents, vendors, and team members in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Property tours and inspections may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere.
• Ability to perform work responsibilities at locations other than the home property.
• Ability to travel within major metropolitan areas and attend company functions in other cities when required.

• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain general office organization.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
