FL Leasing Consultant - Quantum Lake Villas
About The Position
Olen is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for its multi-family apartment community at Quantum Lake Villas in Boynton Beach, Florida. Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant handles leasing of vacant units to support high occupancy and assists with customer service and retention for current residents. The role calls for strong organization and prioritization, a service-oriented approach, and enjoyment of working with people in an energetic atmosphere. This is an in-office, in-person position that requires weekend availability. Compensation is $64,000–$68,000, depending on experience, plus bonus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years of residential leasing experience.
- Well versed in Fair Housing laws.
- Working knowledge of Office 365, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Good customer service and communication skills, and sales ability.
- Team-player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
- Able to work weekends.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with property management software; willingness and capability to learn new software.
Responsibilities
- Conduct tours of model apartments, vacant apartments, the property, and its amenities.
- Use resident, prospect, and revenue management software systems for leasing activity, including inquiries, appointments, prospect follow-up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
- Maintain a closing ratio based on the needs of the community.
- Process rental applications promptly for review and final approval by the Property Manager.
- Follow through on and take accountability for the overall move-in program.
- Assist with initiating and closing out service requests.
- Conduct market surveys of comparable properties.
- Assist with the outreach marketing program.
- Help plan, schedule, organize, and participate in resident functions.
- Assist with customer service and retention of current residents.
