Requirements

Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field.
Ability to conduct community and apartment inspections indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

Welcome visitors to the community and answer questions or provide assistance.
Conduct sales activities, including grassroots marketing, to increase traffic and occupancy.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and its amenities and serve as a resource for current and prospective residents.
Build relationships with prospective residents through phone and email follow-up, property tours, and rental application processing.
Provide customer service to residents, address concerns, and conduct lease renewals.
Monitor service requests and coordinate with the service team and residents to support timely, adequate resolution.
Plan, organize, and conduct resident events with the team.
Complete three exterior community inspections each week and report deficiencies such as landscaping or paint needs and property damage.
Inspect vacant apartments and report needed repairs to the service team.
Prepare and complete sales administrative tasks and reports, including market surveys.
Perform other sales, customer service, and property-related tasks as needed.
