About The Position

MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Woodcreek Apartments in Lynnwood, Washington. The role provides customer service to current and prospective residents and uses professional sales and marketing techniques to maintain high occupancy at the apartment property. The position also supports leasing administration and works with maintenance staff to facilitate move-ins and address residents’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents promptly and courteously.
• Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Maintain thorough, current rental files and accurately enter rental data into the computer.
• Prepare leases and oversee lease signing by new residents.
• Assist with monthly administrative tasks and keep property paperwork organized and complete.
• Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payment.
