Requirements
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local market conditions and marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and leasing software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and present the community’s features and amenities professionally.
- Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provide attentive service to current residents and help them feel welcome, comfortable, and valued.
- Stay informed about local market conditions and trends to position the community effectively.
- Contribute marketing and resident-satisfaction ideas to the management team.
- Generate prospect traffic by contacting area employers, merchants, and locator services to promote the community.
- Assist with planning and implementing advertising and marketing programs, subject to management approval.
- Follow up with prospects and residents to build positive relationships and encourage lease renewals.
