Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and professionally present the community’s features and amenities.
• Secure lease agreements from qualified applicants and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide service-oriented support to current residents so they feel welcome, comfortable, and valued.
• Stay informed about local market conditions and trends to position the community effectively.
• Share ideas with the management team for marketing strategies and resident satisfaction improvements.
• Generate traffic by contacting area employers, merchants, and locator services to promote the community.
• Assist in planning and implementing advertising and marketing programs, subject to management approval.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to foster positive relationships and encourage lease renewals.
