About The Position

Volunteer Properties is a full-scale property management company specializing in multi-family apartment communities, with 6,000 units across Kentucky, Tennessee, and Georgia. The Leasing Consultant is the first impression of the community, building strong relationships with residents and prospects and driving leasing success. The role responds to prospective residents, promotes the property, supports leasing and move-in activities, and provides assistance to current residents. Requirements

• At least 2 years of leasing experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Motivated and proactive, with the ability to work as a strong team player.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of valid vehicle insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• OneSite experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Tour and promote the property.
• Track lead sources and trends.
• Prepare units for showings and move-ins.
• Screen applicants, including background, income, and rental history checks.
• Explain lease terms, deposits, and move-in procedures.
• Provide resident support and resolve issues.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
