Leasing Consultant (Mira)
About The Position
Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant at Mira in Tempe, Arizona. The role represents Mark-Taylor at one of its apartment communities and delivers exceptional customer service to current residents and prospective future residents. The anticipated base pay is $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics. Requirements
- At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of written and verbal English.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience throughout their interactions with Mark-Taylor.
- Conduct detailed and informative tours for prospective residents.
- Guide prospective residents through the complete application process and follow up with future residents regarding their application status.
- Create positive and memorable experiences for future and current residents through email, telephone, in-person, and other communication channels.
- Maintain resident files, accept rental payments, and actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
- Take ownership and pride in the property and help deliver a world-class community experience that reflects Mark-Taylor’s standards for curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and culture.
