Requirements

Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is required.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the team dress code policy.
Must be flexible with work schedule; weekend hours may be assigned.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in multi-family property management.
Previous leasing experience.
Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software.

Responsibilities

Present community information professionally to prospective renters in a way that addresses their rental needs.
Provide accurate information about community features and the surrounding area.
Build rapport with potential residents by responding to telephone and email communications promptly.
Process prospective residents’ applications and follow up to maintain consistent communication.
Prepare lease contracts and other required documents.
Follow procedures to coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, document events, and communicate status to the appropriate departments.
Listen to resident complaints and help develop solutions.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
