Requirements

Previous sales or customer service experience is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the team dress code policy.
Be flexible with the work schedule; weekend hours may be assigned.
Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in multi-family property management.
Previous leasing experience.
Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software.

Responsibilities

Present community information professionally to prospective renters and address their rental needs.
Provide accurate information about the community’s selling features and surrounding area.
Build rapport with potential residents by responding promptly to telephone and email communications.
Process prospective residents’ applications and follow up to maintain consistent communication.
Prepare lease contracts and other required documents.
Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs according to procedures, document events, and communicate status to the appropriate departments.
Listen to resident complaints and help develop solutions.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
