About The Position

Edward Rose & Sons is hiring an on-site Leasing Consultant to support a positive experience for residents. The role presents community information and features to prospective renters, processes applications, prepares lease documentation, coordinates resident move-ins and move-outs, and responds to resident concerns. Requirements

Previous sales or customer service experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the team dress code policy.
Flexibility with work schedule; weekend hours may be assigned.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in multifamily property management.
Previous leasing experience.
Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software.

Responsibilities

Present community information to prospective renters in a professional manner and address their rental needs.
Provide accurate information about the community’s selling features and surrounding area.
Build rapport with potential residents by responding promptly to telephone and email communications.
Process prospective resident applications and follow up to maintain consistent communication.
Prepare lease contracts and other required documents.
Follow procedures for coordinating resident move-ins and move-outs, documenting events, and communicating status to appropriate departments.
Listen to resident complaints and help develop solutions.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
