The Leasing Community Intern provides high-quality customer service to residents and prospective residents, collaborates with the community team, and supports efforts to achieve full occupancy through resident retention, leasing available apartments, and pre-leasing future availability. Interns have on-call responsibilities and must be available to work evenings and weekends. This is a temporary, non-exempt position compensated hourly, with bonus eligibility. It involves frequent exposure to outdoor elements and potentially unpleasant or hazardous temperature, weather, odors, or landscaping. Physical requirements include accessing all parts of the property, working in all weather conditions, and lifting or maneuvering up to 40 pounds. Rare local travel may be required for property support, training, or other job-related needs.
