About The Position
Wasatch Property Management is seeking a part-time, floating Leasing Agent in Herriman, Utah. Leasing Agents connect prospective and current residents with apartment homes by building rapport, providing professional customer service, and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. The position involves showing the community and available units, supporting applicants through application and background checks, and coordinating with maintenance staff to resolve tenant requests and apartment issues. This is a flexible position scheduled for no more than 24 hours per week, including weekends as needed. Pay is $15.00–$17.25 per hour depending on experience, with potential monthly bonuses. Starting pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- A sales-driven approach and a proven track record in customer service, leasing, and sales.
- Ability to build rapport, provide exceptional service, listen actively, prioritize effectively, and stay proactive.
- Motivation to contribute as a team player and make effective use of downtime.
