The role involves communicating with prospective and current residents, managing leasing applications and background checks, conducting tours of available units, and coordinating with maintenance staff to address tenant requests and apartment issues.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Guide prospective residents through the leasing application and background process.
- Schedule and conduct tours of available units.
