About The Position

Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced part-time Leasing Agent for Alta Sita Plaza Apartments in East St. Louis, Illinois. The position pays a competitive base salary of $20.00 an hour. The Leasing Agent handles daily leasing activity, supports resident communications and retention, maintains complete lease files, assists with office management, and reports property liability concerns.

Requirements

• One year of experience in Project Section 8 / HUD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily leasing activity.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• File resident correspondence, back up the phones, and assist with general office management.
• Keep all lease files current and complete.
• Contact residents about lease renewals 60 days in advance and use Lease Expiration Reports to support resident retention.
• Walk the property and immediately report any liability problems noticed.
• Maintain resident relations programs as defined by supervisors.
• Represent the property and Tarantino professionally through dress and behavior.
