About The Position

Bridge Pointe Landing Apartments is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee its apartment community. The role involves conducting tours, engaging prospective and future residents, following up with leads, providing customer service, and developing marketing plans to support occupancy. The agent will use promotional materials and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue. Bilingual ability is required, along with experience using RealPage OneSite and Knock.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
• Experience answering a busy switchboard.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Bilingual ability.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite and Knock.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease or renew.
• Generate leads through effective follow-up by phone and email.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
