About The Position

Tarantino Properties is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant / Leasing Agent to join its multifamily apartment team in Austin, Texas. The role provides customer service to current residents and prospective residents while supporting the leasing office’s administrative and organizational needs. The successful candidate can multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times.

The Leasing Agent assists with leasing activities, including tours, applications, and follow-ups; handles inquiries and office communications; processes paperwork; maintains records and reports; and uses property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks. The role also supports teammates with administrative and customer-related work as needed.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Excellent organizational and filing skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with property management software is required: OneSite, Knock, or BlueMoon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
• Previous leasing or property management experience is preferred.
