Lease Up Coordinator

Conifer Realty LLC•Yonkers, NY
•$21 - $24•Remote

About The Position

The Lease Up Coordinator is a temporary, high-velocity outbound leasing role supporting a lease-up at James L Simmons Senior Apartments in Yonkers, New York. The position converts an assigned segment of a lottery list into qualified appointments through scripted calls, texts, and emails. Success is measured by daily outreach volume, response time, and appointments set; the role does not close leases. Intake and Compliance handle lease closing, interviews, document collection, and eligibility determinations. The role is described as fully remote and works under the supervision of the onsite Community Manager. The engagement is eight weeks at 40 hours per week, paid as a W-2 temporary position with no benefits. Coordinators follow required scripts, outreach cadences, service-level agreements, and Fair Housing-compliant practices, escalating complex questions to the Community Manager rather than making policy decisions.
