About The Position

The Training and Development Specialist partners with organizational leaders and team members to identify and deliver learning solutions for EVERSANA’s Patient Services business unit. The role designs, develops, creates content for, launches, and delivers custom learning and development programs and initiatives that meet organizational needs and affect employees’ day-to-day work. The position calls for a passion for training and development, strong collaboration, and a commitment to excellent service. The role involves a stated 10% travel expectation and a 40-hour workweek.

The work is performed in an office environment. Employees are frequently required to reach, grasp, stand and/or sit for long periods (up to 90% of the shift), as well as walk, talk, and hear. They may occasionally need to lift or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment is usually moderately quiet, with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.

Requirements

• Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or comparable work experience.
• Foundational knowledge of adult learning practices and their impact, including ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and Bloom’s frameworks.
• Experience designing, developing, creating content for, launching, and delivering learning programs.
• Direct experience with facilitation or teaching.
